Job summary

Ruffino's Restaurant is seeking a hardworking line cook to accurately and efficiently cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and soups, and to portion and garnish dishes for hot menu items. Responsibilities

• Accurately cook meats, seafood, vegetables, soups and other hot items.
• Portion food according to standard sizes and recipe specs.
• Prepare and garnish dishes for final presentation.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work stations and equipment.
• Follow closing checklists and kitchen rules.
• Stock and rotate food products to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with other prep tasks during off-peak times.
