Stretch Zone is looking for a dedicated Line Cook for our Kapolei location in Hawaii. As a Line Cook, you will manage the cook station and ensure that all food orders meet our quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and plating menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate in English clearly.
• Ability to lift pots and pans weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Valid health card or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Capability to stand and exert mobility for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, stoop, and bend.
• Hand coordination and dexterity for rapid production.

Responsibilities

• Manage cook station and maintain a clean workstation.
• Communicate guest orders accurately and prepare menu items.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards.
• Ensure positive attendance and report for shifts appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with station cooks and servers.
• Prepare menu items to meet quality standards 100% of the time.
• Assist team members and maintain a good team environment.
