Job summary

Crave-LLC is seeking a dedicated kitchen helper to assist in daily operations and ensure smooth kitchen workflow in Nashville. You will follow Head Chef recipes, help stock stations, and prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining hygiene standards.

Role requires collaboration with event staff to fulfill client orders on time and assist with packing and loading F&B for events. Benefits include insurance and disability coverage as part of full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food including cleaning, cutting ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
• Hold prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.
• Work with coordinators and event staff to ensure orders are completed on time and per client request.
• Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store equipment at the end of shifts.
• Ensure kitchen operations and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
• Assist with packing and loading food & beverage for events.
