RH Hospitality in Newport Beach is seeking an experienced culinary professional to uphold RH’s high standards across all RH Restaurants within our Design Galleries. You will prepare dishes, maintain recipe standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional culinary results by preparing dishes with precision and maintaining knowledge of RH’s menu, ingredients and standards.
• Uphold RH’s recipe standards through cleanliness, preparation and presentation across all stations.
• Foster strong communication with Team Members and Leaders to surpass RH’s service expectations.
• Collaborate with location leadership during daily line checks to ensure consistent execution.
• Assist with inventory processes to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
