Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Austin is hiring full-time kitchen team members. Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, with open availability required, including weekends, to support a fast-paced operation.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required, since we offer a comprehensive training program. You will work with a dedicated team to prepare and present every dish to our quality standards, while maintaining safety and sanitation throughout the shift.

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in inventory management, including rotating stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.

• Assist in inventory management, including rotating stock and notifying management of any low inventory items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are sanitary and ready for use at all times.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service.
