Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook for Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Surprise. You will prepare and cook menu items to ensure quality and presentation, and set up stations for efficient service.

Maintain food safety standards, assist with inventory, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required, as we offer a comprehensive training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and proper handling, storage, and disposal of food.
• Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of low items.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure readiness for use.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
