Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the station, stocking supplies, adhering to FIFO, and supporting team members in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking from start to finish to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Maintain quality and consistency of all menu items and kitchen standards.
• Follow POS orders and communicate with expeditor to ensure accuracy.
• Keep station clean and sanitized; stock and organize mise en place.
• Set up and break down station per management instructions; follow FIFO.
