Overview

This is a Part-Time position

Availability: Must be open to work any shift Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Hours of Operation
  • Monday 4:00PM - 11:00PM
  • Tuesday 4:00PM - 11:00PM
  • Saturday 11:00AM - Midnight
  • Sunday 11:00AM - Midnight
Responsibilities
  • Produce from standardized recipes.
  • Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
  • Ensure stations are prepared for anticipated levels of business, assisting fellow staff when needed.
  • Validate all stations (including Prep).
  • Complete daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines.
  • Handle high-volume cooking and plating while maintaining consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food, timely service, proper handling, and a sanitary kitchen.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure employee safety.
  • Work under supervision of culinary management.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination.
  • Interact with guests occasionally.
  • Adhere to appearance standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism reflecting our brand and values.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills To Help You Succeed
  • Use all kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Read and write basic instructions; knowledge of PPE.
  • Be creative with cooking and food prep.
  • Interpret production lists, menus, and banquet orders.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Know sanitation and health regulations for food handling.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Culinary courses or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a line cook.
  • Ability to secure and maintain required licensure.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for long periods.
  • Bend, stoop, reach, carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Work around high-temperature ovens and cold walk-ins.
  • Move continually during a 10-hour shift.
