Diggerland USA in West Berlin, NJ is hiring a Line Cook for the 2027 season. This fast-paced food role fuels our amusement park dining experiences with ready-to-serve items and crowd-pleasing favorites.

You'll prepare, cook, and plate meals, follow recipes, cooperate with front-of-house, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a high-energy kitchen. Flexible schedules fit students, seasonal workers, and thrill-seekers alike.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ and ready to work.
• Friendly, can-do attitude and team player mentality.
• Comfortable in a high-speed, high-energy environment.
• Great at multitasking and staying cool under pressure.
• Able to follow instructions, prep food with care, and get the job done right.
• physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in warm, noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items per recipes and guidelines.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines for consistency and taste.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to keep tickets moving and guests satisfied.
• Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness and stock.
• Prepare for the day or events, restock supplies, rotate inventory, and close up.
• Clean, sweep, mop, and sanitize the kitchen.
