Job summary

Kings Card Club is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our team. The role includes knowledge of the menu, proper cooking and food preparation, and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, be able to work nights/weekends/holidays, and hold a SERV SAFE certification. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen or line cook role.
• Must understand and follow recipes and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all menu items according to recipes.
• Maintains proper mise en place and station setup.
• Communicates needs to management or prep staff.
• Ensures quality and consistency of food.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Assists with prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Communicates with Front of The House to ensure orders are correct.
