Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Cook for Legends Lounge. The role operates onsite under the Sous Chef, focusing on food preparation, tasting, presentation, and sanitation.

You will assist in quality and portion control and support other line cooks to meet daily production needs. Responsibilities include labeling, rotation, storage, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment; promoting positive guest relations; and conforming to health department standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment and food production.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control.
• Ability to work across kitchen areas and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control.
• Work in all kitchen areas and support daily responsibilities.
• Prepare production per established standards and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain proper rotation, storage temperature, and sanitation.
• Promote positive guest relations and handle complaints as needed.
• Keep production and storage areas compliant with health codes.
