Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional kitchens preferred.
• Proficiency on grill, sauté, and fryer stations.
• Strong knowledge of temperatures and proper doneness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items per standardized recipes and specs.
• Work across grill, sauté, fryer, oven, and cold-line stations.
• Maintain food safety, temperatures, and portion control.
• Prepare proteins and pan sauces from scratch.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked.
