Recovery Sports Grill Port St. Lucie is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

The role involves preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, soups and other hot items across broilers, ovens, grills and fryers, and ensuring proper plating and garnish set up for all dishes. Candidates should have a minimum of two years in kitchen work and must communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in kitchen and preparation and cooking.
• Must communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Controls portion sizes and garnish setup; ensures proper plate presentation.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations and follows closing procedures.
