Job summary

Sardi's is hiring Chicken Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will cut, clean and cook chicken according to our standards, while maintaining a sanitary, organized station to support high-quality service.

You will follow food safety procedures, label and date food stores, and operate kitchen equipment safely. We offer PTO, health insurance contribution, holiday pay, and weekly pay to team members.

Qualifications

• Cooks chicken according to Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa specifications.
• Understand and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work station.
• Operate food production equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Cuts and prepares all chicken for cooking.
• Maintains and uses station and equipment safely.
• Rotates, labels and dates all food stores for freshness.
• Cooks chicken per brand specifications and serves high-quality food.
