Cinépolis USA is seeking a reliable kitchen team member for our theater in West Hartford, CT. You will prepare menu items, follow recipes, and work with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely service, with attention to presentation and consistency.

This role requires dishwashing, prep and cooking, expediting, and strict adherence to food safety guidelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with US measurements and kitchen equipment is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.
• Dishwashing, prep/cooking, and expediting experience.
• ServSafe training certification preferred.
• Proficiency in kitchen operations and execution.
• US measurements, weight, and volume knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items accurately and promptly according to recipes.
• Cook items in cooperation with kitchen staff to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper temperature controls.
• Assist with inventory and stock management as needed.
