Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience in a high-volume environment (hotel, steakhouse, or fine dining).
• Advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to lead stations, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality during high-volume service.
• Strong communication and teamwork, mentoring junior cooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex menu items while upholding quality, presentation, and timing.
• Lead assigned kitchen stations and coordinate production and workflow.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and sanitation standards.
• Coach and mentor less experienced cooks to foster a collaborative kitchen culture.
