Line Cook – Fortune Casino Lacey

Location: Fortune Casino, Lacey, WA
Pay: $20/hour to start
Shift: Graveyard shifts available

Fortune Casino in Lacey is looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong knife skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
3. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
4. Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
5. Assist with prep work and stocking as needed
6. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of line cooking experience
2. Must be reliable and able to work well under pressure
3. Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
4. Ability to work graveyard shifts
