KAMITOKU Ramen at South Shore Market in Honolulu is seeking Line Cooks / Kitchen Team Members to join a newly opened restaurant. This is a part-time role where duties are shared among the team, including cooking, food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, restocking, and other daily kitchen tasks.

• Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred.

KAMITOKU Ramen, a newly opened restaurant at South Shore Market, is urgently hiring Line Cooks / Kitchen Team Members.

At KAMITOKU, kitchen duties are shared among the entire team. This is not a position where you will only work on the cooking line. Team members help each other with line cooking, food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, restocking, and other daily kitchen duties.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work as part of a team
• Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies
