Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook in Pocono Manor, PA to assist the restaurant Chef in preparing and completing food items with high quality and consistency. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive culinary experience or at least 2 years in a hotel/restaurant/food outlet environment.
• State or Local Law may require a food handling certificate; ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items for all restaurant meals and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and proper storage; minimize waste and control costs.
• Prepare and portion foods according to recipes, timing, and presentation standards.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition through regular inspections.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations in kitchen areas.
