Job Summary

Summary: Concession Line Cook - prepares food according to standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares hot and cold food as per recipes.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperature, and presentation.
• Follows proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment; reports issues immediately.
• Works well with coworkers and customers, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned, ensuring proper presentation and temperature, following HACCP standards.
• Uses appropriate safety equipment and techniques, including gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
