The Lodge at Schroon Lake is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and safety standards to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cooking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification and allergy training preferred.
• Culinary Arts education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Use grilling, frying, roasting, baking, and sautéing techniques.
• Monitor temperatures and quantities to prevent waste.
• Collaborate with culinary team to refine menu items.
• Maintain clean, sanitized kitchen and proper storage.
• Assist with inventory and stock checks.
