Etaru - Hallandale Beach is hiring a Line Cook to prepare and cook Japanese-inspired dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold high standards and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese-inspired dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently on the hot line, grill, or other designated stations as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Execute all food orders with accuracy and timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation.
• Keep kitchen workstations, equipment and storage areas clean and organized.
