Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Current food handler's card and other required local certifications.
• Basic food/restaurant service knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey operational information.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment and promoting hospitality.
• Know and execute all food menus/recipes, ingredients, preparation methods and presentation.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently preparing high-quality items.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitation to agency standards.
