$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Role Description

The role of a Line Cook is to assist the chef team in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the culinary department. The Line Cook will maintain a high level of performance consistent with the standards set by the Executive Chef. Guest and owner satisfaction in our restaurants and outlets depends on inspired plating, high-quality ingredients, and overall dining experience.

The Line Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food in the pantry and other kitchen areas. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail to produce high-quality culinary creations for our members and guests. Motivation, drive to learn, and teamwork are essential.

This full-time position requires working Wednesday through Sunday evenings, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hourly rate is $23 - $25, based on experience.
