Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Surfside (The Surf Club) is seeking a part-time line cook to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders, while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation. You will work all stations on the line (grill, saute, cold line) and manage mise en place for service.

You must have at least three years of culinary experience, knife skills, and the ability to multitask across station setups and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school education or culinary schooling or equivalent.
• Minimum three years culinary experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to guest orders per production standards.
• Work all stations on the line and maintain consistent quality and mise en place.
• Control temperatures of meat and fish and ensure safety and sanitation.
