Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and production lists to meet par levels for stations.
• Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Work across basic cooking techniques and food prep.
• Multi-task in high volume environments.
• Possess advanced knife skills and proper plating.
• Collaborate with the outlet team for daily operations.
• Record time and temperature accurately.
• Efficiently prepare items per recipes and plating procedures.
• Inspect food quality and adjust as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
