Must be able to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license.
Excellent guest service skills required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Smartphone capable of running company apps required.
If smartphone not provided, company may supply via payroll deduction.

Responsibilities

Greets the guest with a positive and professional attitude.
Anticipates guest needs and offers knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials.
Takes and delivers orders quickly and accurately.
Operates POS and properly settles all payment transactions.
Upsells products knowledgably for guest satisfaction.
Keeps a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
Handles multiple responsibilities and priorities on an ongoing basis.
Other duties as assigned.
