• Prepare foods that are grilled, fried, broiled, baked, boiled, braised, or poached according to menus.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer and chef specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist coworkers for efficient operation.
• Assist with special events or parties and related duties as assigned.
