Job summary

Main Event in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Line Cook to join its kitchen team. You will prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, while upholding safety and sanitation requirements and working with the service team to ensure timely, accurate dishes.

This role requires at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, a guest-focused mindset, and the ability to work days, nights, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items per recipes and standards.
• Collaborating with service team to ensure timely, accurate dishes.
• Adhering to company and health department procedures.
• Safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked station before and after shifts.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
