DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our Cleveland Beachwood team. You will prepare menu items for restaurant and catering events, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.

A strong work ethic and clear communication help ensure guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in food prep, an AA degree or equivalent, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years related experience in a food preparation role.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for the restaurant and catering functions and ensure quality standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per checklists and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and proper handling of ingredients.
• Assist in prep for all kitchen stations and support cross-station needs.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and features.
