• Prepare, produce, and serve high-quality foods on the Hot Side of the line across Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, and Braise stations in accordance with Urban Plates recipes and procedures.
• Follow Urban Plates recipes and procedures to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation.
