Urban Plates in Dublin, CA is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook for the Hot Side stations to prepare and assemble high-quality bowls, soups, and grilled items following our recipes and standards. This is a full-time opportunity with a friendly, fast-paced kitchen where teamwork and consistency are valued.

You’ll receive a base hourly rate plus tips for every hour worked, paid training, flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and benefits including health and retirement options.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality foods on the Hot Side of the line (Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, Braise) according to Urban Plates recipes and standards.
• Assist in plating, portioning, and presentation to ensure visual appeal.
• Maintain station organization, sanitation, and food safety practices during service.
