Urban Plates in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Line Cook – Hot Side to prepare, produce, and plate high-quality dishes on the hot side.

You will follow Urban Plates recipes, work across bowls, carve/grill, soup, braise stations, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen with tips included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook on hot side stations.
