Job summary

Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House (North Wilmington, DE) is hiring a Line Cook for breakfast and brunch, with typical shifts Friday to Sunday 7am–3pm and weekdays 7am–1pm.

Work the line, prep from scratch to recipe and portion specs, and keep your station clean while following food safety standards.

Starting at $16+ per hour based on experience, mornings only, with free meals on shift, on-time pay, and opportunities to advance within our chef‑owned two‑restaurant group.

The best shift in the business is a Saturday morning with a packed house. At Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House everything is scratch: fluffy pancakes, fresh egg dishes, breakfast sandwiches, and handmade brioche donuts. No shortcuts, no freezer bags. We need line cooks who take pride in the plate and can move during a busy brunch.

Typical shifts: Friday to Sunday 7am to 3pm, weekdays 7am to 1pm. You're done by early afternoon, every day.

Turnos típicos: viernes a domingo de 7am a 3pm, entre semana de 7am a 1pm. Sales temprano en la tarde, todos los días.

Lo que vas a hacer:

• Trabajar la línea en el desayuno y el brunch: plancha, huevos y armado de platos
• Preparar recetas desde cero siguiendo las porciones y los estándares

Eres la persona indicada si:

• Tienes experiencia en cocina o en línea. Experiencia en desayunos o brunch es un plus
• Trabajas rápido y con calma cuando hay mucha presión
• Llegas a tiempo, siempre
• Puedes trabajar fines de semana (indispensable)
