Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas seeks a Cook (Cocinero) to support the Executive Chef and team. The Cook assists in all cooking processes across meats, fish, vegetables, and more, ensuring quality and efficiency in a busy kitchen.

You will help maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards while keeping equipment in good working order and stock levels of cold items in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to obtain required work cards and demonstrate sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support executive and room chefs in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order and stock cold items.
