The Cheesecake Factory in Beverly Hills is seeking a Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen. You will prepare a wide range of menu items from scratch, read recipes precisely, and execute with attention to detail and consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and weights for consistent execution.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, proper portioning and correct cooking temperatures.
• Plating, presentation and garnishing to wow guests.
• Support opening and closing duties including station setup, FIFO stocking, cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and manage cross-contamination awareness.
• Work well under pressure, multitask with speed and urgency, and communicate clearly with teammates.
