In a fast-paced environment, you will read recipes, maintain mise en place, and ensure food safety standards while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver consistent, memorable meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is ideal.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and adapt to a high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and weights.
• Demonstrate knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
