Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking a skilled kitchen team member to work under the Sous Chef in a high-volume casino kitchen, focusing on quality, tasting, and sanitation.

You will assist in production, ensure proper labeling and storage, and help minimize waste while maintaining health department standards in a fast-paced back-of-house environment.

Candidates should have 2–3 years’ experience, be flexible across all kitchen sections, and adapt to casino-floor conditions and safety rules.

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Must be flexible and able to work across all kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of production areas.
• Promote positive guest relations and handle guest comments as needed.
• Assist other line staff with daily responsibilities.
• Prepare production in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure proper labeling, rotation, storage temperatures and environments.
