Job summary

Sifted is building a brand-new corporate catering space in Bellevue and seeks a highly motivated Line Cook to help launch in the Spring. The Line Cook will check in with the Lead Line Cook on the Wok Station, Rotating Plate, Hot Hands or Wrap Culture station, and may work across multiple stations daily based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants, clubs, or catering.
• Culinary degree or similar preferred.
• Lead by example in production, attitude, cleaning, punctuality, safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Work on the line in a concept kitchen for 500–100 guests daily.
• Labeling and organize pans and delis; discard outdated product.
• Maintain quality control and act as sanitation champion.
• Manage temperatures and packing temps; communicate daily status to chefs.
• Assist with deep-clean duties; ensure safety standards are met.
• Support Executive Chef with production discussions and system development.
