Job summary

Sifted is launching a brand-new corporate catering space in Bellevue, seeking a Prep Cook/Server to help launch in the Spring. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, rotating through stations and engaging with guests to deliver great hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in full-service or catering, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and can communicate clearly in English. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurant, club or catering establishment.
• Ability to interact with guests, handle allergies when needed.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Work on one or multiple stations daily under direction of Lead Host/Lead Line Cook.
• Labeling, organization of pans and delis; discard outdated products.
• Maintain sanitation and safety; act as Sanitation and Safety Champion in kitchen.
• Assist with daily deep-clean tasks; comply with sanitary regulations.
• Support production, packout, and clean-up with Executive Chef.
• Help develop and enhance kitchen systems.
