Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create barbecue dishes from scratch following our recipes to produce high-quality results.
• Master and adhere to standard barbecue cooking methods and kitchen practices.
• Smoke a variety of meats using hardwood smokers and cook other items on grill and fryers.
• Portion products accurately, follow recipes, and ensure compelling plate presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards.
