A premier dining venue in Columbus is seeking a part-time Cook to join their team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking orders, minimizing waste, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates have cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen and culinary training. Opportunities to work flexibility with shifts during nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This position offers a dynamic work environment as part of a new sports entertainment venue opening in Summer 2024.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience of cooking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of cooking, recipes, portion control, and presentation.
• Must hold food handler card as required.

Responsibilities

• Control food usage to minimize waste.
• Prepare and cook orders for daily operations in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
