VALLEY VIG LLC in Paradise Valley, AZ is opening a new location and seeks energetic line cooks to join our team. If you love crafting great dishes, coordinating with a fast-paced crew, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you.

This role requires at least 1 year of line cook experience in a full-service restaurant, the ability to stand for long periods in hot environments, and a flexible schedule. Authorized to work in the US is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of being a line cook in a full-service restaurant.
• Minimum age is 18.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and prep individual stations for service.
• Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and specs.
• Coordinate cooking times with other line cooks to ensure simultaneous table delivery.
• Maintain correct temperature controls for food safety.
• Clean, sanitize, and break down the station at the end of the shift.
• Prepares and cooks menu items to exact specifications under fast-paced restaurant conditions.
