Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full‑time Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes per recipes, maintain a clean, organized workstation, and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. We value teamwork, strong cooking skills, and attention to detail.

A high school diploma and 1 year of food preparation experience are preferred. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required; competitive pay and training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
