Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full-time Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation while delivering high-quality meals to guests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cooking experience, knowledge of standard kitchen procedures and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
