Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook in Aurora, Colorado to prepare a diverse menu with speed and accuracy. You will work in a busy kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and support the team to deliver high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant kitchen and food prep.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Team-oriented with adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of food items.
• Line cook positions in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, Make Up, and Kitchen Prep Cooks.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Work as a team to meet standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
• Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe standards.
• Restock the kitchen and cook line as needed.
• Commit to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed.
