Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to join the Outback Steakhouse team in Littleton, CO. You’ll prepare menu items with speed and accuracy, while upholding quality and safety standards.

The position offers a pay range of $19.50–$22.00 per hour, with no tips, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off after 90 days, and paid sick leave. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are also available.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Fast-paced kitchen and teamwork required.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse menu items quickly with accuracy.
• Support line cooks across Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Restock kitchen and monitor inventory as needed.
• Commit to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist other restaurant areas as needed.
