Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group Career Center is hiring for a line cook/kitchen position in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will prepare a diverse menu with speed and accuracy, maintain clean surroundings, and work as part of a motivated team to deliver a high-quality AUS-SOME dining experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse menu items quickly and accurately with attention to quality.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness, and stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and recipe standards; support restaurant operations as needed.
• Assist in various kitchen stations (Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, Make Up, prep).
