Scotty Browns Poipu is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join a fun, hardworking team at our ocean-side restaurant in Poipu. You’ll prepare and cook menu items, maintain clean stations, and work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, portion sizes, and standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards during service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including rotation and storage of food products.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
