Atrium Hospitality's La Vista Courtyard Hotel in La Vista, NE is accepting applications for a full-time Line Cook. You will prepare ingredients and cook menu items using diverse techniques, while maintaining consistent quality for both restaurant and banquet services.

Formación

• Active Food Handler’s Certification required or ability to obtain after hire.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used.
